Geof has been married for 46 years to LaVerda. He has 1 creative Son, Quinn, and a beautiful artistic Daughter-In-law, Diana. He and LaVerda have 2 Grandsons, Niko and Devin, that keep their lives filled with joy. Geof has owned and operated a successful construction company in West Volusia County, for many decades. He has bought and sold many investment properties through the years. Geof has character, integrity, and many years of real estate knowledge. Geof Felton is very well known throughout the DeLand community. His community involvement is helping to make DeLand the greatest city to work, live and play.

Chris Melvin
Christopher Melvin: Has spent his adult life in public service. After a successful career in law enforcement he retired with his wife and daughter to Volusia County falling in love with and settling in DeLand, FL .Chris began working as a realtor a couple of years ago and loves to help families realize and meet their real estate goals; either as, a first-time home owner or as a seasoned homeowner looking for a change of pace .Chris is married to Dianne and they are active parishioners at St. Peters Church. Their daughter; Amanda is a freshman at the University of Florida studying communications and two adult children; Kyla and Christian, who live in New York. Chris attended St. Leo University and earned his BA; Magna Cum Laude, in Criminal Justice with a minor in Homeland Security.
Deacon Jerry Smith
Jerry was born on June 10, 1935 in the Tacony Section of Philadelphia, Pa. to Walter J. and Marie A. Smith. He has 2 brothers and 6 sisters. Jerry attended St. Leo Elementary School in Philadelphia from Kindergarten through 8th grade and LaSalle College/High School in Olney, Pa. After 4 years of service in the United States Air Force Jerry completed a 35 year career as an Air Traffic Controller with the Federal Aviation Administration. Jerry has been married to Patsy for 63 years. They have raised 7 children, 4 of their own and 3 of Patsy’s sister’s children. Jerry was ordained a Permanent Deacon by Bishop Thomas Wenski in Orlando, FL on June 6, 1998. His ministries include participation in the Cursillo movement, KAIROS Prison Ministry for 25 years, Coordinator of the Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion and assisting in training in the Altar Server Ministry as well as the parish RCIA program. Currently Jerry is a member of the Volusia County Code Enforcement Board. He has served as a Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus Council #6274 in DeLand, and is a licensed real estate broker and co-owner of Prestige Property Specialists.
