So you want to build....but you can't find that perfect location. You are looking for a nice size corner lot located in Orange City, but you want to be on the east side of town providing easy access to Florida hospital or DeLand. You don't want to be in the middle of the action, but you want to be close to it. You definitely do not want to be in a "subdivision." You are an independent thinker and cannot be tied to a deed restricted community.
